Whether you are a primary or complementary evaluator, a peer coach, or a TEAM mentor, this session will provide you with the questioning strategies you need to encourage teachers to reflect on their practice and direct their own path toward continuous improvement. If used as part of peer observation model, constructive coaching has the potential to build trust and foster greater collaboration, helping teachers to enrich their practice and elevate the profession by helping each other. This session will be highly interactive, and participants will practice using constructive coaching strategies with several different partners.
